Makes Scent Workshops Cold Process Soapmaking 11 October 2025 1-3.30 pm

Have you ever wanted to make your own natural soap but weren’t sure where to begin?

This hands-on workshop will guide you step by step through the process of traditional soap making. You’ll create two beautifully handcrafted bars of soap using a blend of nourishing ingredients, including coconut oil, shea butter, beeswax, and olive oil.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to:

-Add natural colour with dried botanicals and clays

-Infuse your soaps with the therapeutic scents of pure essential oils

-Safely work with the traditional soap-making process that transforms oils into luxurious bars

All materials and equipment are included, from safety glasses, gloves, and aprons to molds and measuring tools—so you can simply turn up and enjoy the experience.

This workshop is for adults only, as we will be working with caustic materials (lye) during the soap-making process. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and creativity!
